Self Portrait

- The other day I was wondering “umm what should I do?” ao I saw that my dA ID was really old and that I needed a new one. SO I remembered the time I made a grunge portrait with a exelent tutorial for my art project and said why not doit it with my photo and used it as my new ID and, yes, I did what I say. After a long time of working on it I finished and I came up with this (The photo up there). I used as a reference a photo of myself that I took months ago and I have to say I’m happy of the result (of course it’s not something WOW or else but hey I just use the knowleged of my photoshop experinces). I used several brushes for the hair and the “grunge” effect of the skin and some round brush to the eyebrows, nostril and mouth, oh also the glasses. The background was quite simple just found a simple bloud stock image and put some colors.

-I titled it “Face is not Important” because when I finished it I thought that many people just care too much about looks and don’t really see the person itself. I know the first think you notice about someone is how they look or dress but some people are just too much. Only that matters is how you dress, where do you buy your clothes and I’m personaly not one of those. I don’t really care where people buy clothes or the brand of it. If I like or love something I just get it no matter the brand. So what is your opinion about people that only like someone because of the looks. Leave a comment bellow.
